Almost everything you will want to do is one of these two things.
Sign in to the builder and pick the page from the dropdown at the top.
Click straight onto the words you want to change. They become editable.
Type over them.
Click Save.
There is no separate edit mode. If you can see the words, you can click them.
Double-click the picture you want to replace.
Choose Upload from this computer and pick the file.
Click Save.
You can also drag a picture straight from a folder onto the page. Everything you upload stays in the picture library, so you can reuse it later without uploading again.
Use the Undo button in the toolbar, or Ctrl+Z. If it has gone badly wrong and you have not saved, move to another page and back — that reloads the last saved version.
